No, the world is not a flat disc. Scientific evidence, including satellite imagery, space exploration, and the study of geology, all confirm that the Earth is an oblate spheroid, meaning it is mostly spherical but slightly flattened at the poles. This evidence has been widely accepted by the scientific community for centuries, and there is no credible scientific support for the idea that the Earth is a flat disc. **

It ultimately depends on your preferences and interests. South Tyrol is known for its stunning alpine scenery, outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, and its unique blend of Austrian and Italian cultures. On the other hand, Lake Garda offers beautiful lakeside towns, water activities like sailing and windsurfing, and a more Mediterranean atmosphere. If you enjoy outdoor adventures and mountain landscapes, South Tyrol may be the better choice. If you prefer a more relaxed lakeside vacation with a touch of Italian charm, Lake Garda could be the ideal destination for you. **
